3. Enquiries through Facebook and Instagram lead ads
If you submit your details through one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, those platforms are operated by Meta. When you tap "Submit", Meta shares the information you provided (such as your name, email and phone number) with us so we can follow up. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange a call or consultation.
- Provide, manage and improve the services you ask us about (website design, Google Ads management and related work).
- Communicate with you about your project and our services.

Our lawful bases are your consent (when you submit an enquiry), the performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to potential and existing clients. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business, and your data may be processed by them on our behalf:
- Meta Platforms — where you submit an enquiry via a Facebook or Instagram lead ad.
- Google — for our business email (Google Workspace) and advertising measurement.
- Our website hosting provider — to serve this website securely.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete it. If you would like us to remove your details sooner, just ask.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate.
