2. The service we provide
We offer two core services, which can be taken together or separately:
- Website design — a conversion-focused website built for your business, from £150 as a one-off fee. The finished website belongs to you.
- Google Ads management — we build and manage your Google Ads campaigns, tracking and landing pages, from £350 per month. This management fee is separate from your advertising spend (the money paid to Google), which you fund directly and which remains yours. Your Google Ads account is set up in your name and belongs to you.
Prices shown are starting points. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins. Our management service is provided on a rolling month-to-month basis with no fixed-term contract — you may cancel at any time and retain ownership of your website and ad account.
3. Who the service is for — client eligibility
Our service is intended for:
- Legitimate, registered or self-employed businesses operating in the United Kingdom;
- Service businesses (for example cleaning, valeting, detailing, trades and similar) seeking more customer enquiries;
- Business owners aged 18 or over who are able to enter into a service agreement and fund their own advertising spend.
We do not work with businesses in prohibited or restricted categories under Google's advertising policies, and we reserve the right to decline or end work where a business is not a suitable fit. Advertising is subject to Google's own approval and policies, which are outside our control.
4. Results & earnings disclaimer
Results are not guaranteed. Any figures, screenshots, cost-per-enquiry amounts, return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) or enquiry numbers shown on this website are real results from specific accounts over specific time periods. They are provided as genuine examples of past performance — not as a promise, projection or guarantee of the results you will achieve.
Advertising results vary significantly depending on your budget, industry, location, competition, pricing, seasonality and how you handle the enquiries you receive. Some campaigns perform better than others, and it is possible to spend money on advertising without generating enquiries or a positive return. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, revenue or profit.
5. Payment
Website fees are payable as agreed before the site goes live. Google Ads management fees are billed monthly in advance. Your advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google and is separate from our management fee. Fees for work already carried out are non-refundable.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, for the lawfulness of what you advertise, for funding your own ad spend, and for responding to the enquiries generated. You confirm that any details, claims or materials you supply to us are truthful and that you are authorised to advertise the business concerned.
7. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for advertising outcomes, lost profits, or decisions made by third-party platforms such as Google. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
